Unflavoured black tea from West Bengali in India. This tea should officially be an oolong tea as its high-quality (TGFOP) golden tippies and highest leaves of a tea plant have not been complitely oxidized and the tea lies between green and black tea. Darjeeling tea is said to be the Tea World's Champagne and its unic taste is easy to recognize. It has a flowerness and nyances of dried hay, licorice and honey. Brewed tea has a light red colour. Same tea leaves should be used several times and it is often said that the third brewing from the same tea leaves has the most balanced taste.
